Job Duties
- Prepare proposals based on all labor, equipment, and materials needed to complete the job properly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Provide HVAC solutions and designs to improve the customer's AC system.
- Manage and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction. Communicate clearly and follow up promptly on customer inquiries.
- Develop and maintain a customer base with referrals.
- Perform daily work duties associated with the trade with little to no supervision in the field.
Qualifications
- Technically knowledgeable in the installation and operation of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilating systems in residential homes.
- At least 3 years of trade experience in installing, operating, maintaining, and repairing HVAC equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Skill equivalent to that acquired through the completion of a refrigeration or air conditioning mechanic’s apprenticeship program required/Trade school.
- Ability to climb, operate, and work from ladders.
- Possess an analytical and mechanical aptitude.
- Comfortable working without supervision.
- Must own and be able to properly operate hand tools, power tools, pressure gauges, vacuum pump, torches, etc.
- Read mechanical drawings.
- Ability to perform physical labor such as lifting or hauling.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Committed individual with a good attitude, ready to fix issues.
- Availability 6 days a week/nights/weekends (We are open 7 days a week).
